How should I store the Truffles?

Truffles should be kept in a dry & cool place at a temperature of up to 68°F/ 20°C. If kept refrigerated, allow them to thaw to room temperature before serving.
Are your products Kosher?

How are the Truffles wrapped inside the packages?

All Truffles are sealed in a protective foil wrap, either in a bag of 27 (8.8oz) or 22 (7.1oz) Truffles, or the Truffles are individually wrapped.

Due to the perishable nature of our Truffles and the sensitivity to heat, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges.
Because we use UPS as a third party, we are unable to guarantee arrival dates and times (especially closer to the holidays), but we do our best to make sure it gets to you on time.
